Letters patent, granting various properties in the parish of St Michael in Cornhill, London to Thomas Forster. There is a portrairt miniature of King Henry VIII inside the initial letter, one of the earliest known of the King, possibly painted by Lucas Horebolte, or one of his journeymen, as it is very similar to another portrait miniature of the King, attributed to him, now in the Fitzwilliam Museum Cambridge, which is the earliest known portrait miniature.
