Canova writes thanking Westmacott for the news that one of his sculptures has arrived safely in England and that it has met with the approval of the Prince Regent; this was probably the Naiade, now in the Royal Collection. He gives detailed instructions regarding its display and concludes by saying that he is glad to hear that The Three Graces have also arrived safely. Letter acquired with a group of letters by Italian artists, including Salvator Rosa, Galli Bibiena and Angelica Kauffmann
