These deeds are strays from the main Vernon archive, which is divided between the Cheshire and Derbyshire Record Offices. They comprise the marriage settlement of the Hon. Augustus Henry Vernon and Lady Harriet Anson (dated 6 June 1851) and a deed of settlement between Lord Vernon and Augustus Henry his son (dated 1 September 1852). Both deeds contain a fine set of maps of the Vernon estates.
