CONSTITUTION AND GOVERNANCE
 
Honorary Officers and Executive Committee
The Friends of the National Libraries is a registered charity (registration number 313020) and is governed by a constitution adopted at the Annual General Meeting held in June 1995. The Trustees of the charity are the three Honorary Officers (elected annually) and 16 members of the Executive Committee. Seven are ex officio members and the nine are elected for a term of three years.
